条约机构简介
人权条约机构是监测核心国际人权条约执行情况的独立专家委员会。每个条约缔约国都有义务采取措施，确保国内每个人都能享有条约规定的权利。
人权条约机构有十个，由人权领域公认的独立专家组成，独立专家由缔约国提名和选举产生，固定任期四年，可以延长。
条约机构在瑞士日内瓦开会。所有条约机构都受到位于日内瓦的人权高专办人权条约司支持。

Due to the current liquidity situation of the United Nations Secretariat and associated cash conservation measures, the modalities of treaty body plenary sessions and country visits for the remainder of the year may need to be adjusted and not all pre-sessional Working Groups may take place. 人权事务委员会
监督《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》（1976年3月23日）及其任择议定书的落实情况。
消除对妇女歧视委员会
监督《消除对妇女一切形式歧视公约》（1979年）及其任择议定书（1981年9月3日）的落实情况。
禁止酷刑委员会
监督《禁止酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或处罚公约》（1987年6月26日）的落实情况。
儿童权利委员会
监督《儿童权利公约》（1990年9月2日）及其任择议定书的落实情况。
移徙工人委员会
监督《保护所有移徙工人及其家庭成员权利国际公约》（2003年7月1日）的落实情况。
防范酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇或处罚小组委员会（防范小组委员会）nishment (SPT)
依据《禁止酷刑公约任择议定书》（2006年6月22日）而设立，探访拘留场所，以防止酷刑和其他残忍、不人道或有辱人格的待遇。
残疾人权利委员会
监督《残疾人权利国际公约》（2008年5月3日）的落实情况。
强迫失踪问题委员会
监督《保护所有人免遭强迫失踪国际公约》（2010年12月23日）的落实情况。
