关于肯尼亚和海地的简要说明

我们目前正在为肯尼亚周一（3月4日）即将进行的选举部署一个人权小组。

这个四人小组将监督选举期间的人权状况，并为肯尼亚国家人权委员会和民间社会组织提供支持。

2) 海地

我们对海地太子港上诉法院昨日开始对让·克洛德·杜瓦利埃进行审讯表示欢迎，杜瓦利埃也第一次亲自出庭。这对海地而言是重要的进步。

联合国海地稳定特派团和人权高专办的工作人员昨天也出席审讯，并将继续密切关注剩余审讯。
