联合国买卖儿童与儿童性剥削问题人权专家首次访问吉尔吉斯斯坦

日内瓦（2013年4月10日）—联合国特别报告员纳贾特•马拉•姆吉德将于2013年4月15-26日对吉尔吉斯斯坦开展信息收集访问，调查买卖儿童、儿童卖淫和儿童色情制品问题。

马拉•姆吉德女士表示：“在访问期间，我将关注吉尔吉斯斯坦买卖儿童与儿童性剥削问题的范围、模式和根本原因。”此次是这名联合国人权理事会任命的独立专家首次访问该国，她的职责是监督并报告世界范围内买卖儿童、儿童卖淫和儿童色情制品问题。

该人权专家提到：“我将特别注意旨在预防和保护儿童受害者的策略和方案。”

特别报告员应吉尔吉斯斯坦政府邀请开展访问，她将前往比什凯克、奥什和贾拉拉巴德，并在伊塞克湖与负责防止并对抗买卖儿童与儿童性剥削问题的政府当局进行会谈。她还将与民间社会和私营部门代表会谈，并访问儿童护理中心和庇护所。

该联合国人权专家将根据访问中收集的信息，与政府分享她的初步意见，以促进和提高儿童受害者与易遭买卖或性剥削的儿童的人权。

马拉•姆吉德女士将于4月26日（周五）中午12点30分在比什凯克的24kg新闻通讯社俱乐部（24kg News Agency Press Club，地址Business Center, Victory Square南面）召开新闻发布会。

她将于2014年3月向人权理事会提交一份载有调查发现和建议的全面报告。
