For all beneficiaries, the release of the grant is subject to:
  • Satisfactory submission of a revised and detailed budget adjusted to the amount awarded through the online Grant Management System; and
  • Submission of the finance questionnaire form: English | Français | Español
After receiving a grant

Upon receipt of the grant, grantees are requested to fill in and sign the following forms:

Six-month progress report (deadline: 15 July)

Deadlines for emergency grant reporting will vary depending on grant duration and will be specified in the Letter of Notification.

Only first-time grantees are requested to submit a progress report on the first six months of the use of the grant:

Final financial and narrative report (deadline: 1 March)

Deadlines for emergency grant reporting will vary depending on grant duration and will be specified in the Letter of Notification.

Organizations that have received a grant must submit a final narrative report about the full project implementation period:

  • by 1 March (the year immediately following grant implementation)
  • include information about the results achieved, number of victims assisted (disaggregated by sex, age, nationality, legal status and type of assistance provided) and ten anonymous case studies
  • through the online portal, GMS
Audit report

All grants of 50,000 USD and above must be audited by a certified external auditor. Organizations that have received a grant below this amount may also be selected, randomly or otherwise, for audit. Selected organizations will be notified by the Secretariat via the Letter of Notification.
