联合国人权事务主管将于2013年7月16-19日访问哥伦比亚

日内瓦（2013年7月11日）—联合国人权事务高级专员纳维·皮莱应哥伦比亚政府的邀请，将于2013年7月16日至19日对该国开展正式访问。

在访问期间，皮莱将会晤总统胡安·曼努埃尔·桑托斯、副总统安杰利诺·加尔松、几位部长和其他高级官员。人权高专还将与司法部长、检察长、人权监察员和司法部门其他高级代表开展会谈。她将与人权维护者、公民社会组织、国际社会成员和联合国机构举行会议。

高级专员将前往考卡省的桑坦德德基利乔，会见土著当局以及非裔哥伦比亚社区和农民组织代表。

她还计划与当局和民间社会行为者广泛讨论一系列问题，包括打击有罪不罚、受害者权利、歧视现象、妇女权利以及人权维护者状况。

高级专员将在访问结束时与媒体举行一场新闻发布会，分享她关于访问的初步结论。
