Fact-Finding Mission experts conclude ten-day mission to the United States of America
On 9 March 2022, Fact-Finding Mission experts concluded a ten-day mission to the United States of America, during which they travelled to Washington, D.C. and New York City. During their visit, the experts met with diverse actors about issues relevant to the Fact-Finding Mission’s mandate and future work. Among others, the experts held meetings with the UN Secretary-General António Guterres (pictured), the President of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, and the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights, Ilze Brands Kehris. The experts are grateful for the expression of support by the Secretary-General for the work of the Fact-Finding Mission on the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
