Call for submissions
The Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (FFM) invites individuals, groups, and organizations to submit information and documentation relevant to the FFM’s mandate.
In accordance with its mandate, the Fact-Finding Mission is interested in receiving information related to alleged cases of extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detentions and torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, and sexual or gender-based violence, perpetrated since 2014. The mandate of the Mission was extended for two years, until September 2022, according to resolution 45/20.
The Fact-Finding Mission suggests individuals, groups and organizations to use the template below to submit relevant information and documentation (see template).
In order to preserve the security and confidentiality of the information submitted, the Mission recommends submitting it through the secure cloud created for this purpose. Please upload the template to the cloud, along with any relevant attachments.
The Fact-Finding Mission further acknowledges the right to rectification of all persons identified in the Mission’s previous reports, and invite the persons concerned to submit all relevant information and/or documents to this effect. The mission has created an additional secure cloud to that end.

Please note that individual acknowledgements of receipt of information will not be sent to the author(s). The FFM will prioritize review of information provided through the template. It should be noted that not all information sent to the FFM will necessarily be reflected in the final report. In particular, cases alleging violations falling outside the mandate of the FFM will not be considered.
