To promote greater recognition for – and celebrate – the diverse heritage and contributions of people of African descent to the development of our societies, UN Human Rights teamed up with radio stations and podcasters across the globe to launch the 2nd edition of the initiative The International Day for People of African Descent hits the radio airwaves.
