In accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 28/14 and 46/4, the Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law held its fourth session in Geneva on 24 and 25 November 2022 on the theme “Strengthening democracies to build back better: challenges and opportunities”.
