Ratified the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict on 31 July 2003

Ratified the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children child prostitution and child pornography on 6 February 2003

Ratified the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure on 1 September 2015

Pledge

1. El Estado de Chile, en el marco de los 30 años de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño, y con el objeto de mejorar la difusión y la importancia de este instrumento, está coordinando a través de distintos ministerios, subsecretarías y servicios, una serie de actividades tales como, campañas de difusión, seminarios, ferias, eventos, entre otras. Por este motivo, y a modo de dar un orden comunicacional, y mayor realce a tan importante conmemoración, la Subsecretaría de la Niñez, está desarrollando una agenda general con todas las actividades que se realizarán en torno a la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño en nuestro país.
