1st Youth Human Rights Challenge

Ahead of World Day for the Prevention of and Healing from Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Violence and International's Children's Day (18 November 2024), the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the sale, sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children has decided to establish the 1st Youth Human Rights Challenge to provide an opportunity for young people to demonstrate their understanding of the human rights of children and raise-awareness about this phenomenon, to ensure no one is left behind in line with SDG Goals.

She invites youth (ages between 18 to 25) to produce digital content on: “Gen Z’s take on technology-facilitated child sexual abuse and exploitation". 

How to participate
  • upload your short video or other digital content (2-5 minutes) to the platform of your preference, including the hashtag #YouthagainstTFCSAE and #GenZagainstTFCSAE
  • submit the link to your video or other digital content by filling in this form.

The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2024.
