Data Privacy Guidelines in context of Artificial Intelligence
Objectives of the report
Recognising the ever-growing significance of the development and operation of Artificial Intelligence solutions to how societies and economies operate, the Special Rapporteur on privacy, has overseen the development of a draft international guidance based on the values enshrined in the UN Charter on Human Rights and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Key questions and types of input sought
Written comments are sought from interested stakeholders in all regions in order to obtain a wide range of views to be taken under consideration. The Special Rapporteur on privacy will finalise these guidelines so they can be reflected in his thematic report to be considered at the 46th session of the Human Rights Council in March 2021

Inputs may be sent via e-mail. All submissions must be received by 2 November 2020.
