2. The formulation of an Arab plan to foster the culture of human rights (2010)

The Council of the League of Arab States at summit level,

Having studied the memorandum of the Secretariat-General, the report of the Secretary-General on Joint Arab Action, resolution 7125 (9 September 2009) of the 132nd ordinary session and resolution 7202 (3 March 2010) of the 133rd ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at ministerial level,

Pursuant to resolution 486 (Doha, 30 March 2009) of the 21st ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at summit level,

Resolves

To approve the Arab plan to foster the culture of human rights, in the version annexed.
