Summary

The study compiles information on existing migration legislation and policies at the national level. Based on submissions of States, civil society, national human rights institutions and other stakeholders and their analysis, the report identifies good practices, discusses challenges and provides recommendations to States on how to enhance gender responsiveness in their governance on migration.
