This report was prepared by the Protection Unit of the Human Rights Section of MINUSTAH and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Haiti. It is the result of a collaborative effort and is based on the contribution of several departments of the Government of Haiti, UN agencies, International Organization for Migration and national and international non-governmental organizations. The report highlights the situation of various groups, amongst them the most vulnerable, including children, women and the internally displaced persons.
