The Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence, Fabián Salvioli, submits his report on his visit to the Republic of Korea from 8 to 15 June 2022, where he assessed the measures adopted by the Government to address the serious violations of human rights and humanitarian law committed during the periods of occupation, war and dictatorial regimes.
