Summary

The Special Rapporteur on the issue of human rights obligations relating to the enjoyment of a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment, David R. Boyd, visited Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from 25 November to 2 December 2021, at the invitation of the Government. The purpose of the visit was to examine how Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is implementing its human rights obligations related to environmental protection, to identify good practices and to consider the environmental challenges that the country faces.
