La decimoquinta sesión del Mecanismo de Expertos tendrá lugar del 4 al 8 de julio de 2022 en un formato híbrido. La participación podrá ser presencial y remota. El tiempo para las intervenciones remotas será limitado, por lo tanto, se recomienda la participación en persona.

Los horarios para inscribirse en la lista de oradores se publicarán en el tablón de anuncios de la sala XIX y en proximidad del mostrador de inscripción (cerca del podio, a la derecha)

Para registrarse se necesita entregar el formulario de inscripción en la lista de oradores (disponible a la entrada de la sala XIX) y 17 copias de la intervención para los intérpretes y el personal de servicio de la conferencia.

Los participantes que asistan a distancia recibirán un correo electrónico con instrucciones.

El tiempo de intervención será de 3 minutos. El tiempo podrá reducirse a 2 minutos a discreción del Presidente en función del número de inscripciones en la lista de oradores.

El Docip pondrá a disposición de las organizaciones indígenas un servicio gratuito de traducción de documentos durante el período de sesiones. Todas las solicitudes de traducción deben realizarse a través de este formulario.
