The High Commissioner submits thematic reports to the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) and to the UN General Assembly (GA). Thematic reports address particular topics related to women’s human rights and gender equality, and provide guidance and recommendations for UN member States, civil society and other stakeholders.
