Mr. Rudi Muhammad Rizki, former Independent Expert (2005-2011)
Independent Expert on human rights and international solidarity
Rudi Muhammad Rizki (Indonesia) (in memoriam) was a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University from 1985. He held a masters degree in law from Melbourne University. He served as an ad hoc judge of Indonesia’s Human Rights Court in Jakarta.
Mr. Rizki also lectures on human rights and humanitarian law at the School of Commands Staff of the Indonesian Armed Force since 1996. He worked as a human rights expert at the Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, the Habibie Centre from 1999 to 2005.
