The Training Package for Prison Officials includes four complementary publications. When taken together, they provide all the necessary elements for the conduct of human rights training programmes for prison officials, under the training approach developed by OHCHR. This Trainer’s Guide provides instructions and tips for trainers to be used together with the Manual in conducting training courses for prison officials.
