UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to review Andorra, Guatemala, Hungary, Lithuania, and Zambia

GENEVA (18 April, 2019) — The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination will meet in Geneva from 23 April to 10 May to review Andorra, Guatemala, Hungary, Lithuania, and Zambia.
The above are among the 180 States parties to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and so are required to undergo regular reviews on how they are implementing the Convention and the Committee’s previous recommendations.
The public sessions will take place in Room XVI at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. A full programme of work is available on the Web page for the session.
The Committee is scheduled to publish its findings on the respective States on 10 May.
