At the request of the Bureau of the Commission on Human Rights, which met on 11 October, the date of the Fifth Special Session of the Commission has been changed.
The Special Session will now start at 10 a.m. in room XVII on Tuesday, 17 October at the Palais des Nations. Forty-seven - and not 48 as previously indicated - of the 53 Member States of the Commission have supported the convening of the Special Session,
