Kathmandu, 7 June 2005 - The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Nepal has strongly condemned the attack on a bus in the Chitwan district, yesterday, which killed and wounded dozens of people. “This terrible incident constitutes a grave breach of international humanitarian law, for which the perpetrators should be brought to justice,” the recently set up monitoring office in Nepal said in a statement issued today.
