Moro language is one of Heiban group (also called Koalib-Moro group). Heiban group is one of the ten (10) linguistic Nuba groups and it includes; Koalib, Moro, Heiban, Laro, Shwai, Otoro, Tira and Kau Nyaro languages as classified by Greenburg.
