Due to COVID-19, the session was carried out virtually via Webex. During the session, the Working Group convened a separate meeting with States:

States (Private meeting - 6 May 2021, 16:00 – 17:00 - only in English): Update and exchange of views on current and upcoming activities in relation to different thematic priorities, and on the preparations for the tenth annual Forum on Business and Human Rights, to be held virtually from 29 November to 1 December 2021, with a focus on the first ten years of the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and a roadmap for the next decade.
