Summary

The present report, which complements the report of the Secretary-General on the activities of the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture submitted to the General Assembly at its seventy-third session (A/73/281), provides information on the activities of the Fund and describes in particular the recommendations for grants adopted by the Board of Trustees at its forty-eighth session, held in Geneva from 1 to 5 October 2018.
