Summary

In the present report, the Special Rapporteur offers an overview and assessment of the impact of unilateral sanctions on the enjoyment of human rights in the course of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, reveals the most affected rights of the targeted population and most vulnerable population groups, and provides an assessment of the effectiveness and sufficiency of humanitarian exemptions and humanitarian aid.
