This brochure provides a simple overview of the core principles outlined in two international treaties: The International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). Together with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, they are known as the International Bill of Human Rights.
