Summary
In the report, the High Commissioner analyzes the situation of the human rights of migrants in the context of large movements. Taking into account the high-level plenary meeting on responding to large movements of refugees and migrants convened by the General Assembly, the High Commissioner concludes the report with a series of recommendations addressed to States and other relevant stakeholders.
