Expert consultation on Human Rights at International Borders: Exploring Gaps in Policy and Practice, 22-23 March 2012

On 22-23 March 2012, OHCHR, in cooperation with the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW), held an expert meeting on the subject of “Human Rights at International Borders: Exploring Gaps in Policy and Practice”. The aim of the expert meeting was to explore the human rights situation of migrants at international borders as well as the need for enhanced human rights guidance in this respect.
