The online system of inscription on the list of speakers for the 31st special session of the serious human rights concerns and situation in Afghanistan, scheduled for Tuesday 24 August 2021, will open on Friday 20 August 2021 at 2 p.m. (Geneva time).
Further modalities for NGO participation in the special session will be communicated at a later stage here and on the HRC Extranet.
