Activities of vulture funds and their impact on human rights

Background

In its resolution 34/3, the Human Rights Council took note with appreciation of the progress report of the Advisory Committee on the activities of vulture funds and their impact on human rights (A/HRC/33/54), and requested the Committee to present a final report thereon to the Council at its thirty-ninth session (September 2018) for its consideration.
