Born in the Balkans in 80's and raised amidst war in the 90's, Milan Markovic saw first had deprivation and discrimination. He says, "keep doing the simple stuff that contributes to the human rights culture."

He is a Senior Human Rights Officer, the Deputy Regional Representative for UN Human Rights in Europe.
