UN Special Rapporteur on Health, Tlaleng Mofokeng, in a report to the Human Rights Council focused on digital technologies and the right to health. Mofokeng, a doctor by profession, highlighted the impact of digital innovation and technologies on the right to health, including the availability and accessibility. She however, also raised concerns about privacy and data protection.
