University of Ottawa
Includes over 35,000 entries on Canadian and international human rights.

University of Minnesota Human Rights Library
A collection of over 60,000 documents on human rights. The site includes thematic links and Google searches limited to this and other sites.

Derechos Humanos - Human Rights Links
A large collection of links to online resources in English and Spanish. Organized by subject. These include campaigns, law, NGOs, international organizations, education, etc.

UN Practitioner’s Portal on HRBA Programming
The Practitioner’s Portal brings together a wide range of resources on integrating human rights-based approaches (HRBA) into development programming, making them accessible to users through a single entry point (www.hrbaportal.org).

Council of Europe: Human Rights and Legal Affairs
Information on standard-setting and monitoring activities as well as cooperation with member states.

OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights
The Organization for Security & Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Office is based in Warsaw, Poland. It is active in the fields of election observation, democratic development, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, and rule of law.

ASIL: Guide to Electronic Resources for International Law—Human Rights
An extensive guide to primary and secondary sources in international human rights law. Focuses on electronic sources but includes general research tips for locating documents and other materials. From the American Society of International Law.

International & Comparative Law
A guide maintained by the National University of Singapore Law Library. Includes links indexes to law resources, regional and national organizations, and treaties and conventions.

Foreign & International Law Sources on the Internet
From the Cornell University Law Library. Includes sections on foreign law sites, transnational organizations, U.S. Government sources on foreign and international law, and a topical guide.
