Comisión de Investigación en Eritrea

El 8 de junio de 2016, la Comisión de Investigación sobre Eritrea publicó su segundo informe. El 21 de junio de 2016, la Comisión presentó su segundo informe al Consejo de Derechos Humanos.

Consejo de Derechos Humanos resolución 26/24 : Para investigar las violaciones del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, como se indica en los informes de la Relatora Especial sobre los derechos humanos en Eritrea

Consejo de Derechos Humanos resolución 29/18 : Para investigar las violaciones sistemáticas. violaciones graves y generalizadas de los derechos humanos cometidas en Eritrea, con miras a asegurar que todas las responsabilidades son necesarias, especialmente cuando tales violaciones podrían constituir crímenes contra la humanidad.
