1 On 10 May 2022, the General Assembly elected Czechia as a member of the Council for the remainder of the term of office of the Russian Federation beginning on 10 May 2022 and ending on 31 December 2023. Czechia is therefore replacing the Russian Federation that resigned from the Council on 7 April 2022.
